Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item you purchased is faulty. If you receive a faulty item please contact us via email within 14 days with the details of the problem. We will then contact you & provide you with the address to send the faulty items back to.
We will examine the item when we receive it & contact you whether you are entitled a refund or a exchange. If you are entitled a exchange or refund we will replace the item or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
